Abstract Categories and Descriptions

Abstract Categories

When the Congress receives abstracts for poster and oral presentations they are peer-reviewed and assigned to various sessions. The abstracts that are selected for oral presentations are assigned to “Scientific Sessions.” The Scientific Sessions are grouped into ten categories. The first six categories reflect our main biomedical focus areas and are divided into the following sub-categories: Probes and Targets, Preclinical Imaging, New Biology, and Translational and Human Studies.
