Description:

The Workshop on Imaging of Infection and Inflammation will focus on the latest developments in molecular imaging of infection and inflammation, spanning preclinical development to first-in-human studies. A panel to discuss the challenges in securing NIH funding as well as an interactive demonstration on biosafety containment techniques for small animal will be presented. The overall goals of this workshop are to bring together individuals from multiple scientific disciplines, promote collaborations and to develop new imaging techniques for infection and inflammation with the intent of clinical translation. Please join us and contribute to the discussions.
